Aprons, snow and a scrapbook page

Yesterday I received a new Apron in the mail from miss Donna Nolan my good friend and neighbor from California... She was so thoughtful in her design. I love it so much Thank you!!!!
Shelly even liked it I found her wearing it around the house last night. She in all her Shellness said dang who's ever jeans these were sure had a small butt. (Dona doesn't that make you feel good) LOL.

This is what our weekend looked like. I was so sad I thought for sure it was spring. All the ice and snow had just melted and green grass was starting to poke out. Then boom it is all snowy again. This morning I was happy to see that it had all melted then i was listening to the radio and it said "Yes you are hearing me right April snow sowers for today and tomorrow. YUCK.. I miss California on days like this...

Last but not least this is a Layout I made this weekend. I just love the silliness of the whole thing. This picture was taken while i was in labor with William I was having pretty hard contractions I had no pain meds in me and I think I went insane at that moment and made ether Berni Jo or Valarie get my makeup case so I could put make up on. Yep I had to look pretty for William. Over all it was a great memory and I am glad Valarie took the picture even thoe I hated it at first. I think I forbid Shaina from putting it in Williams scrap book. I was so embarrassed that I did that.

Oh, I know stories about you that I don't think you'll ever scrapbook! This one tames in comparison. Nothing wrong with making yourself feel better during one of the hardest times in your life.

The apron sure reflects your uniqueness!

I'm tired of winter too.. our snow is melting, finally, but I'm not holding my breath, winter has a way of coming back when it's not welcomed!

Great layout!

Jen I love your blog. I leave it with a smile on my face or a giggle.
First, I feel for you about the snow. We have had an amazingly wonderful week and put our gardens in. Then I see on the news: rain, rain, rain, rain, rain, SNOW?! What? It'll be almost May and we have snow coming?! My garden, my already blooming garden...
Second, I plan on being beautiful during this labor and delivery. I'm tired of having ugly pictures. So I think it was very sensible of you to want to look fab for your handsome little man.
