Where is my family?

Today we decided to take the little kids out sledding. Well I was being a little slow getting all my snow gear on so they took it as a sign that I was not going and left wit out me:( I said to my self it should not be hard to find them I will just follow there tracks. So I set off to find them.
When I looked to my left up at the mountains I saw this beautiful sight...The clouds were very low and all you could see was the mountain top peeking over the clouds. It was just breath taking.. So i was off to find my family. I first went too look in the forest. Near my house.

As i entered the forestI prayed there were no Vampires or Werewolf lurking in the clearing by the pond. To my relief There weren't any but my family wasn't there either.
So I kept walking and walking and walking yet I still could not find my family. I thought where in the heck could they be? So with out any luck I went home. I took off all my snow gear and waited for my family to show up. Sure enough 10 minutes later I hear them in the front yard.
Boy did they look like the had a fun time they also looked very tuckered out...

Exspeshaly My newly turned 11 year old Robbie... He looked like he wanted to fall down and take a nap..

My sweet little Ben was happy but cold he came up to me and put his hands in my shirt and started crying my hands hurt mommy will you warm them up on your belly. They were very red and if my belly could talk it would say they were very very cold. from everything the kiddos said about there sledding trip I wished I was there to get some pix of the crashing into the trees and falling of the sled. I guess Ben had so much fun he could not stop laughing. Maybe next time they wont leave me behind..

Those poor chubby red fingers! Too bad they didn't wait for you! You looked cute all bundled up.

What a bummer they left you behind. Love the story & photos though. :) Hope the kids will wait on Mom next time so you can catch them in action & maybe take a ride yourself!

You did a great job with the story and photos - made me feel like I was right there! (And right now, I'm in sunny Florida visiting my dad for his 80th birthday!)
