I thought do we have any then I remember a few We always open one gift on Christmas eve and they are jammas On Christmas eve we have orderves for dinner we go elfing can't tell you exactly what that means because it is a family secret. We read one Christmas story a night until Christmas morning then we read the true Christmas story from the Bible . I am sure we have more I just can't think of them right now..

We take a christmas eve picture every year in our red pajamas. Heath and I have santa pants we wear every year. Then we hang those pictures on the wall every year, as part of the christmas decorations. We also do a big candle light dinner christmas eve, read the christmas story, and drink hot chocolate with candy canes.

Traditions are the best! It's what we cherish and remember always.

We also open one gift on Xmas Eve and guess what....they are ALWAYS PJ's! :) Stockings on Xmas Morning and opening gifts then lunch and dinner with family. We drive around a couple times in December looking at lights. The kids love that!

We are still forming our traditions, last year was the first Christmas out of four that I ever got to spend with my incredible invisible constantly deploying husband. Christmas Eve we opened one present then watched a DVD together while eating appetizers. Christmas morning was all of the stocking and presents with a nice quiet dinner.

We have a christmas elf that comes 5 days before his name is Twix and he leaves a twix bar the first day and after that little presents so the little ones aren't overloaded christmas day. The last gift left is on Christmas eve and it's usally a game or a movie to play that night. Also like most we read the Christmas story out of the bible before heading to bed!

Growing up we always had one special tradition of opening up pajamas. The cool part was, that my mom has this really pretty poinsetta wrapping paper that was really expensive that she had bought from a fundraiser that my little brother Quinn's class was doing. She liked it so much that she wrapped our pajamas up in it every year. We had to use butter knifes to open them up. I think she still has the wrapping paper. Now that I have my own little family we open pajamas, but I don't have the same wrapping paper every year. Maybe when the girls are a little bit older and can understand. I also end up getting a fun game to play christmas eve. I know there is a few others, but I can't think of them right now.
