Some sweet loving..

I truly have the best neighbors in the world.. Exspecally Al and Ruth.. They take the cake or the doughnuts for that matter.

This morning I was sewing up a storm because Baby M's mommy gave me the day off. When knock knock guess who's at the door. IT was Al my wonderful neighbor with a box of doughnuts and pizza for dinner. He walks in and says wheres baby. I said she is home with her real mommy. He then kissed my cheek and said well good I guess this means you have a real day off you don't even have to make dinner. I can't even tell you what those words meant! I was loudly screaming Yes Yes Yes inside my head. It really stinks being a single parent.. Thank goodness it's only for a little while.

So with these yummy donuts I thought I would take some sexy sweet pix for Dale.. Ok maybe not sexy.. just sweet.

I love and miss you!! I cant wait until you are home with us again..

BTW look at the beautiful blue sky and look at the ground NO snow!!

We are in a heat wave here at 62 degrees. Time to brake out my bikini and sun bathe. Ok NO bikini just shorts and a short sleeve shirt. I don't want to scare our new back yard neighbors. LOL

Making Annie...

Look at the sweet face of the little Miss Annie. I just got done painting her this morning, and putting her together now I just have to age her with coffee and sand her down put sew in her hair and dress her pretty. Then I will send her off to her new home in the morning.
I am kinda sad to see her go. I guess this means I will have to make another one for Me and then when the one I am getting from the swap is here she will have a friend. Hmm maybe I should
make and Andy or too.. We will see.

Here is another moose video This little girl cant seem to stay out of our yard. She was peeing in our window and then went and got a snack and peeked into our neighbors window. After she was done playing peeking tom she stood in the middle of the road holding up traffic.

I thought I would share some pix from my party saturday night!

It was a small group of about 7 of us up at Tammy's barn (AAK the party house)

At first we just sat around and ate junk foo, opened up presents and talked.

Tracy gave me this fun bag. She thought it might just be fitting for me.. I will rember to bring it with me the next time I go shoe shopping... In fact I think I hear the stilettos calling my name..

Then we broke out American Idol and teamed up for a sing a thon. Here is Tiffany , and Tresa giving us a run for our mony.

Me and Tracy were a team and man can I say that girl has lungs. She may pretend she cant sing but she really can. Thanks girls for sharing my birthday with me..

A hungry Moose..

I tried taking a pic of the moose that was eating in my back yard but I was shaking from the cold so I decided to shoot a video. It is super short but kinda cool to see this big animal.

My Hubby and my kids made my birthday special!

I was sad that Dale was not here to give me birthday loveing in person but I am so happy for all that he did to help the kids make my birthday special.

They made me a fun crown , and the best card ever. They also bought me yummy lotions a fun apron, and a great new wallet I wanted.

Plus with all my bloggy loveing a yummy loaf of bread and blueberry balsamic vinegar from my sweet friend Tiffany my birthday was amazeing..

I can hardly wait until tonight for my sleepover birthday party. It should be a blast!!

Happy Birthday To Me!!

Today April 23rd 2009 is my birthday! I am sure it will be full of surprises!
I have nothing planed today , tomorrow I am having a sleepover birthday party, I am so excited it should be fun!!

Mini hamburger and fries tutorial

Things you will need!

peppermint patty's

nilla wafers

green & red frosting

shoestring potatoes

hamburger and fry wrappers from McDonald's .

1.Cute hamburger wrapper in to 4Th's place 2 nilla wafers on top.

2. Frost red frosting on one nilla wafer

3. place peppermint patty on to the nilla wafer with red frosting.


Frost 2ND nilla wafer with green frosting

Then put the green frosted nilla wafer on the peppermint patty and walla your done.

Now to make the fries!!

Take the fry wrappers and cut in to 4Th's

Then tape the side that is open closed.

Add the fries ( shoestring potatoes) and you are done.

You Now have a hamburger and fries any kid will be proud of.

McDonald's anyone?Or is it?

Last tonight for family home evening we made these cute hamburgers. They were quick fun and easy.The kids had ton of fun makeing them and eating them.Ben said I can eat about fifty of these tiny burgers..

I will show you tomorrow just how easy it is to make them..

Exciting things happening here.

I have been busy makeing goodies for my ETSY store that I will be opening May 1st!!
I am just waiting on a few things, so I can open my pay-pal account and then I will be up and running. I keep getting emails and comments on my blog asking me when I am opening . It means alot to me that you all are so supportive to me.
When I read these emails and comments it just builds up my confidence that people will buy my creations.

Also Thursday's My birthday !! Yay me I made it there one more year!!
So in celebration of my birthday I will be giving away something super fun and exciting!!

Last night for an early Birthday present Shelly took me out to our local cafe watch her friend play his guitar and sing.

This boy has so much talent I had never seen him preform, I just heard his Cd befor. He is such an awesome performer.

Tonight Kadie and I went and watched her friend belly dance.My hips ached watching them, I dont know how the heck they move them like they do. I was impressed.

Hmm maybe I will take belly dancing lessons maybe that will get my belly back in shape. LOL

I swear I was not drinking or taking any thing when I wrote this post!!
I guess this is what happens when my other half is gone.
I only have half a brain.

Look at this way too fun fabric I bought today!
I went into the quilt shop because I had some time to kill befor I had to pick Garrett up from track , so I thought ohh brazing true thru the quilt shop would make be fun!! I had seen this Fabio from modea on line and thought oh that would be fun to make something out of. But when I saw it in person I did not think twice and said I am in a hurry cut me a yard please ( as the drool was falling out of my mouth)and she yes mam.

Now I just have to decide if I want to make an apron or a purse Hmm or maybe even a skirt Or maybe not..

Yesterday was Mylissa's birthday, we had a small family celebration!

On Friday she will have her birthday party with her friends at the local pool!!

I think she had a great day yesterday even thoe daddy was gone.
