It's a good day! Yesterday not so good...

Yesterday was awful  Madeline was in the emergency on the base for most of the morning a little of the afternoon.

We found out she had allergy's and some asthma symptoms.

Then 9:30 pm every thing changed Madeline was struggling to breath so I rushed her to the emergency room in our valley

By the time we got there her breathing was under control but still sallow.

They were super full and had no beds so we had to wate and wate and wate.  Normally patent's with breathing issues are priority but there was so many freak accidents Heart attacks, stabbings that Madeline had to take a back seat. I was impressed that the nurses came out every half hour to check her oxygen levels.

Finally after 2 ours she was seen and told that she had the croup that induced an asthma attack.

They gave her meds and sent us on our way with instructions to call the ambulance if it happened again in the next 24 hours.

That was at 1:30 am needless to say we were both sleepy by the time we got home.

Today she is doing much better!

We are making her take it easy, she can only go out for a short amount of time.

So she is spending that time climbing trees.

and blowing bubbles.

Much better day!!
