I have been weighed measured and not found worthy.

I weighed and measured my self today, as a kick of to getting healthy again.
I have put on a little extra weight in the 4 years that I have lived here in Alaska.
I have taken it off and gotten back in shape a few times then the winter blahs hit.
I normally take it off in the spring and summer months.
Well this year I was doing so good until I hit a hard spot in my life and stopped excising. Then the wedding hit and you all know the story.
Well I am done with not being happy with my looks so I am doing something about it.
I made a plan I have the tools and motivation.
Now I am committing.
Now everyone knows in blog land that I am on a get healthy mission.
My goal is to get from 23% body fat to 15% body fat.
I am giving my self a 12 week dead line. I think all my goals are with in reach.
The food part is easy for me it's the exercise. I really don't care to work out but know it's important to my health and healthy life style goal.
So here is to being weighed measured and being found worthy.
BTW who can tell me what movie this quote is from?

A Knight's Tail. One of my favorites. Unless it is somewhere else, too.

My commitments started today too. I also gave myself 12 weeks to get it done. Here's to getting skinny, blog friend!

I tried that too, but have to wait until I'm done nursing. But, by next summer when we are together....watch out! We'll look fabulous.

I personally think you look great and don't need to loose an ounce.

don't wanna fuss at you but that is WAY too low sweetie...women don't need such low body fat due to reproductive organs...do some research before taking that sort of plunge. It worries me that you'd go that low....here is a link, use it!

I say good luck with reaching your goal. I know you can reach a place you're happy with.
I'm with you I hate the exercise too! People who know me know I don't run unless there's a fire! Of course that's part of why I've gained weight. I need to kick myself to get going too.
